Privacy

This site collects very little, and only what you choose to send me. Here is all of it.

What you send me

The contact form sends your name, email address, project type and message. The shop and Type Works lists send only your email address. Each is delivered to my inbox through Amazon Web Services, which hosts this site, and I use it for one thing: replying to you, or sending the single announcement you signed up for. I don’t sell it, share it, or add you to anything else.

What the site doesn’t do

There are no analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies and no visitor logs. Because nothing tracks you, there is nothing for a browser’s Do Not Track setting to switch off.

What stays on your device

Your browser keeps a few small things so the site works: your shop cart, and your settings and saved work in Puzzle Jigger and U Spy. They stay in your browser’s storage and never reach me. Puzzle Jigger runs entirely in your browser, and nothing you add to it is uploaded.

U Spy has an optional AI step. If you choose to paste in your own Anthropic API key and use it, your photograph goes directly from your browser to Anthropic under your own account and their terms, never to me. The key is kept only in your browser.

Other services

• The shop’s cart and checkout are run by Shopify, whose privacy policy covers your order and payment. Payment details never pass through this site.
• When checkout opens for the digital tools, it’s handled by the payment provider named at checkout, under its own policy.
• Pages load code from jsDelivr, and U Spy loads its fonts from Google Fonts. Like any website your browser visits, they receive standard request details such as your IP address.
• Links to Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Calendar go to those services, and their own policies apply there.

Children

This site isn’t directed at children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.

Seeing, changing or deleting your information

Email joseph@benantidesigns.com and I’ll tell you what I have, correct it, or delete it, and confirm when it’s done. If this notice changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
